In my own words

Kicking off my career in the Marine Corps, I quickly discovered my passion for developing people, leaders, and organizations. This experience taught me the importance of adaptability and overcoming unforeseen challenges—embodied in my personal motto, Semper Gumby. Transitioning from military service to the civilian sector, I dedicated myself to talent and leadership development, gaining hands-on experience across all facets of HR through key roles and programs. With this experience, I’ve learned to use my skills to create HR plans that link all parts of the company, helping it grow smoothly and effectively.

I’m an MBA graduate who has worked in a variety of industries, including government, academia, medical, retail, technology, and non-profit. In organizations large and small, I’ve been the owner of global programs, organizational leader, coach, consultant, board member, and, quite often, a sounding board. This breadth of experience has helped me develop an eye for creative solutions and the value of a collaborative approach to consulting.
